You must be legally able to enter a contract and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity in your workspace, safeguarding login details, and ensuring your team follows these terms.

You retain ownership of business files, instructions, customer conversations, and other content you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, index, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service.

Do not use SabiDesk to break the law, violate another person’s rights, send spam, distribute harmful code, bypass security, or process data you are not authorised to use.

You must not use automated answers as the sole basis for decisions that create legal or similarly significant effects for a person.

AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing your knowledge sources, configuring handoff rules, and applying appropriate human oversight—especially for financial, medical, legal, safety, or other high-impact matters.

Paid plans are billed according to the price and billing period shown when you subscribe. Fees are due when stated and may be updated with reasonable advance notice. Taxes and third-party channel charges may apply.

SabiDesk, its software, branding, and documentation belong to Willex Tech and its licensors. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while your account remains active.

Connections such as WhatsApp, Instagram, websites, or other providers remain subject to their own terms and availability. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or restrictions imposed by those providers.

You may stop using SabiDesk at any time. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, unlawful use, material breach, or protection of the service and its users. Where practical, we will provide notice.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted service or error-free AI output. To the extent permitted by law, Willex Tech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We may update them as the service or law changes and will post the revised date here. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
