This notice explains how Willex Tech collects and uses personal data when you use SabiDesk.

We may collect account and contact details, workspace settings, billing records, support requests, device and security information, and product-usage events.
To provide the service, we also process business knowledge files and customer conversations submitted through connected channels. Customers control this workspace content and are responsible for providing any required notices to their own end users.
We use personal data to provide and secure SabiDesk, authenticate users, answer support requests, process subscriptions, maintain connected channels, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Our lawful bases may include performing a contract, legitimate interests, consent, and compliance with law.
We may share data with vetted hosting, communications, support, security, and payment providers acting for us; with connected-channel providers at your direction; or with authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Some providers may process data outside Nigeria. Where required, we use recognised safeguards and assess whether transferred data receives appropriate protection.
We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, including contractual, security, dispute, and legal-record requirements. We use organisational and technical safeguards designed to protect data, although no online system is completely risk-free.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
SabiDesk is a business service and is not directed to children. Do not submit children’s personal data unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
